I met Toni and Cam at Orchard Park in Bentonville, Arkansas for their engagement session. We did a little walk about and soaked up that last hour of Northwest Arkansas sunlight. They were such good sports to play along with my crazy ideas, getting in the water and playing in the willow trees. I absolutely love the way all of these frames came out.

Kendra and Neal got married at Big Spring Park in Neosho, Missouri. This was our first ‘post-quarantine’ wedding and I have to say it felt so good to get back out there. The park was alive with family outings, kids playing, ducks swimming and best of all….brides and grooms getting married again! Here’s a few of our favorites from Kendra and Neals wedding…enjoy!

I didn’t blog at all last year! Lindsey and Eli are the perfect couple and they had the most amazing engagement session, so now is as good a time as any to get back into the blog world. We went to Whitaker Point in Northwest Arkansas for their engagement session and made the mile and half hike out to the Hawksbill Crag for sunset. I am loving every single frame from this shoot. Sarah & Colin are one of our 2019 wedding couples. When they contacted us about shooting their wedding, we couldn’t wait to do their engagement session. Engagement season is upon us and we are in love with this session. You can see how much Kayla & Jon love each other in every single frame. So much goodness! I met up with these two on the square in Lamar, Missouri. We shot for a while downtown, capturing some old buildings and weathered vines, and some of the history from the square, and then we headed to a nearby open field for sunset. Mallory and Zach got married this September at The Journey Church in Joplin, Missouri. Their reception soon followed at the Ramsey Event Center.
This wedding was a literal dream! It was such a pleasure getting to meet and work with these two awesome humans and bear witness to their amazing love on their wedding day! Mallory and Zach met here in Joplin a few years ago doing humanitarian work building houses in the aftermath of the tornado. Her from Cleveland, Ohio and he from Savannah, Georgia, they began dating and soon she had moved to Georgia to be with him. Not long after, he asked her to marry him, and the rest, as they say, is history:) Here are just a few of our favorites from Mallory and Zach's Wedding Day!

There is nothing better than a Spring wedding! Especially after a long winter off season and its 70 degrees outside. We talked about the weather quite often at this wedding:) Getting married in the spring, you just never know what you're going to get. As Southwest Missouri spring weddings go, this one was an absolute dream. No one had to wear a coat in March, and rain wasn't even a thought, and those are some BIG WINS!
Miranda and Kaleb are a pretty special couple and their wedding was just perfect. Honestly it wouldn't have mattered a bit if the weather was bad! This couple was so happy and in love and absolutely radiant, that I don't think there was anything putting a damper on their day. It's always such a treat to get to meet such wonderful people and document their perfect wedding day in a way that they can hopefully relive again and again.
We have shot at Amadeus Ranch quite a few times now and it just never disappoints. Beautiful natural light coming in on both ends of the venue provides some awesome opportunity for indoor photo spots, and the venue overlooks a gorgeous valley with picturesque sunsets! Not to mention, this might be the best venue around for quickly converting an outdoor wedding to indoor if the weather does take a turn for the worse.

Venue: Amadeus Ranch
Amber and Justin got married this October at Bullskin Creek in Neosho, Missouri. These two reside in California, but Amber is from the area so they decided to tie the knot close to where she grew up. They even managed to have their family dog make the trip, which made the occasion just that much more special! Justin is a Marine and was able to get some time away to marry the woman of his dreams! What better way to spend some time off huh? We snuck these two off into the woods for their first look, and there wasn't a dry eye in the house when Justin saw his bride for the first time. It was such a beautiful moment for the soon to be newlyweds.
We pulled double duty for this wedding, doing photography and videography (video coming soon).
The ceremony took place at sunset in a beautiful setting overlooking a gorgeous pond as the bride and groom were surrounded by family and friends. Just after the couple sealed their vows with a kiss, a drone flew overhead to capture the moment forever as the bride and groom snapped a picture with their wedding party and guests. We took just a few more portraits with the bride and groom at sunset and then they were off to dance the night away with their wedding guests. Liz and Jace got married in September 2016 at the Civil War Ranch in Carthage, Missouri. It was the perfect venue for a rustic country wedding. The main barn had a perfect loft for bridal portraits with the natural light leaking in through the windows. Lydia and Brett tied the knot last month at the beautiful St. Mary's Catholic Church in Joplin, Missouri. Lydia stunned on her wedding day in the same dress her mom wore for her wedding so many years ago. Their wedding was followed by one of the most beautiful receptions we have ever been a part of. It was set in the country way off the beaten path down in a valley and nestled perfectly back in the woods. The overhanging string lights and hand crafted dance floor provided the ambiance for the evening, and the rest was history.
